Oklahoma Divorce Update

 

Plaintiff has changed to Petitioner.  Defendant has changed to Respondent. 

 

All documents have been updated with the new style due to the November 1^st required statutory changes.  Documents will default to use the new style, however you have the ability to use the old style.  The “Marriage Information” screen in the Questionnaire allows you to designate when the petition was filed.  If the petition was filed prior to November 1, 2002, the old style (with Plaintiff and Defendant) will be used. 

 

 

Automatic Temporary Injunction Notice has been added to the Summons.
