  • The Microsoft Vista operating system is now recognized correctly as a system property.
  • Fixed run time error 11 that a few users experienced during the downloading of updates.
  • Fixed run time error 91 that a few users experienced when opening the View/Print Documents screen.

  • Order to Appear for Asset Hearing with Return:  The word “CONTEMPT” was previously misspelled
Power of Attorney
The following forms were revised
  • Cover Letter - Medical Power of Attorney - Spouse:  The document will now only appear in applicable situations

Probate of Will
The following Questionnaire screens were revised
  • Heirs:  A checkbox was added for each person to indicate “He/she is a devisee/legatee.” This allows for the separation of heirs and devisees/legatees as described below.
The following forms were revised
  • Petition to Admit Will to Probate:  An additional (separate) paragraph was added for Devisees and Legatees. The heirs are now listed in one paragraph, and the Devisees and Legatees are listed in a separate paragraph.
  • Petition for Final Order:  An additional (separate) paragraph was added for Devisees and Legatees. The heirs are now listed in one paragraph, and the Devisees and Legatees are listed in a separate paragraph.
