Stockholders:
Removed "Stockholders have equal percentages" because the Stockholders
Agreement document now provides for both equal and unequal capital interests as the capital interests
may change from time to time.

Stockholders Agreement:
Revised to more correctly differentiate between one or more stockholders and
to provide for both equal and unequal capital interests. Often stockholders start with equal
percentages but then make disproportionate capital contributions.

General Inventory (No Appraisement):
This form can be used in place of the General Inventory and Appraisement and
makes the determination of the value of the property in the opinion of the Personal Representative per
58 O.S. Section 281(B). This avoids the need to locate persons in the county of the estate
administration to serve as appraisers and having the judge appoint appraisers.
