Adoption
The following forms were revised
  • Criminal History Information Request:  The form was updated to the new OSBI form.
  • Request for Background Check - DHS:  Updated form and information sheet to update change of office symbol for OK DHS Fingerprint Processing Section and to provide facsimile number for submitting form.
Collections
The following forms were revised
  • Continuing Post Judgment Earnings Garnishment Summons:  Added capability of document to include debtor(s) names and address(es) and to include the total amount of the judgment that is stated in the Garnishment Affidavit.
  • Garnishment Affidavit:  Added capability of document to include debtor(s) names and address(es).
  • Noncontinuing Post Judgment Earnings Garnishment Summons:  Added capability of document to include debtor(s) names and address(es) and to include the total amount of the judgment that is stated in the Garnishment Affidavit.
  • Post Judgment General Garnishment Summons:  Added capability of document to include debtor(s) names and address(es) and to include the total amount of the judgment that is stated in the Garnishment Affidavit.
  • Pre Judgment General Garnishment Summons:  Added capability of document to include debtor(s) names and address(es) and to include the total amount of the judgment that is stated in the Garnishment Affidavit.
  • Continuing Garnishee’s Answer/Affidavit:  Amended last page of answer to automatically include selection of attorney for the judgment creditor to receive the amount garnished with a copy of the answer.
  • Noncontinuing Garnishee’s Answer/Affidavit:  Amended last page of answer to automatically include selection of attorney for the judgment creditor to receive the amount garnished with a copy of the answer.
Landlord / Tenant
The following forms were revised
  • Residential Lease:  Amended to add provision for tenant to insert name(s) of persons authorized to dispose of tenant's personal property in the case of the death of the tenant.
Termination of Joint Tenancy
The following functionality was added:
  • Autofill Deceased Joint Tenant Name with Spouse Name:  The deceased joint tenant's name will default to the spouse's name if joint tenants were married at time of death and the client's marital status is married, separated, or widow(er).
Trust
The following forms were revised:
  • Long Trust - Client:  The long trust has been changed to use the language tax "exclusion" when referring to the federal estate taxes instead of "credit". The Unified Credit is no longer applicable.
     Paragraph 9.2 has been added to all trusts to provide that the trustee may require a beneficiary to sign a release. This is to facilitate the determination of whether the beneficiary is going to contest the trust and therefore be subject to the anti-contest clause provisions found in paragraph 9.1.
