Problem: Incorrect language when Members have equal percentages.

Fix:  If you check mark “Members have equal percentages” on the Member’s Information screen, the Member’s Agreement will merge with the correct language.

Screen Notes

 

A feature has been added for a user to attach notes to any or all screens in LawWare.  This is similar to attaching a sticky-note to a client file.  From the screen on which you would like to attach a note, click on select “Add Note” from the “Tools” menu.  Type a memo or reminder in the note to be displayed when you access the screen or to be displayed on every screen you access.  If you place a note within the client, such as on the Questionnaire screen, other users that access the client file will be able to view it as well. 

 

 

Custom Document Tips

 

You may now add Helpful Document Tips to specific documents to appear on the View/Print Screen when you generate a document.  Most documents have default Helpful Tips that list State Statues pertinent to the document.  You have the ability to customize those tips to best fit your practice. 

 

Document Tips can be modified from the Master Document Editor.  When viewing a list of document in the Master Document Editor, select the applicable document and click the “Properties” button.  Go to the “Advanced” tab and enter the desired text.  See “About Custom Document Tips” in LawWare Help.
