Document Manager
The Document Manager will help keep your practice organized with a click of a button. You can create a system of tracking the status of your client as well as each matter attached to the client. Mark the matter to be active, pending, complete, etc. to quickly manage your work on that case.

Much like the Client Selection screen, you can quickly sort the matters under each client to find the specific matter you are looking for. Once you have found the correct matter, the Document Manager lists all the documents already created or imported to that specific Matter. Enter the case number or detailed notes specific to a matter, which is another tool for you to keep your client information organized.
Documents created inside of LawWare are in Microsoft Word ® format. They are stored inside the program, but can be exported for Email or data sharing with non-LawWare users. You can import external files (files not created in LawWare) to help keep all files related to a client or matter in one place. When you open one of these files, it will open in the application that is registered with Windows to read that type of file.
