Document Selection
Document Selection allows you to quickly select the documents you wish to assemble. View all possible documents for generation in the All Available Documents list. This is a dynamic list in that it will only show possible documents specific to this client. For example, if a client is single, it will omit spouse documents on the available list. LawWare™ will also keep track of the last modified date of the document as well as when it was printed last in order for you to keep track of document production.
Documents are intelligently linked to specific Questionnaire screens which are used to generate specific documents. When information is missing on those screens, LawWare™ will tag the document with a warning symbol and indicate which Questionnaire screens are missing important information.
Use a "Favorite" to quickly add multiple documents for assembly. A Favorite is a grouping of certain documents that are commonly assembled together. LawWare™ includes default Favorites for many of the different matter types, but you may also create your own Favorites. This is an excellent tool to streamline your document assembly process.
